Tony Stanley, Broker Sales Associate

Broker Associate

Tony is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana. He moved down to Florida in 2002 with his wife, Aimee, and their 2 dogs. In 2003, Tony obtained his Florida Real Estate License, and has since been selling Real Estate full time. Before Tony co-founded Optima One Realty, he sold Real Estate for a Coldwell Banker firm and has been named in the Top Ten Sales Associates for most units sold in one year among the entire Coldwell Banker organization. He continues to be a top performer, and Multi-Million Dollar producer year after year.

He has a long history of working with investors in all aspects of Real Estate, but also takes pride in the many first time home buyers, and retirees he's been able to assist in his 13 years of selling.
Founder of O-1 Luxury Home Marketing, Tony goes above and beyond when getting the word out about his listings, treating EVERY home like it was a multi-million dollar listing. Sellers continue to be impressed with his "out-of-the-box" thinking, and extreme ways of getting their homes sold. This approach has earned Tony over 1000 Closed Transaction Sides!

Being raised with a large family has taught Tony acceptance of all personalities, open-mindedness, and patience, while his 10+ years studying Martial Arts has taught him diligence, respect, & goal setting.

In his spare time, Tony enjoys getting out on the Clermont/Winter Garden golf courses, shooting archary, helping the community through his lodge membership, donating his time to help dog shelters, spending time with his own dog; Sanchi the Chow Chow, and traveling with his wife.

If you're looking for a Broker that will out-work the rest, Tony is your guy. Give him a call or text at 407-883-9694. Him and his team are always on call to help!
